About the Author ...
Andy had died ... to all he'd ever been, and to all he could ever be again. In order to survive, he would have to totally re-create his reality, grow some wings and learn to fly. Fortunately, he had the assistance of a 400-year-old spirit from Scotland .... and an ancient Archangel.

Anderson Andrews became a practitioner of the Tibetan Buddhist teachings while living in Nepal from 1971 to 1973.
He received his training and initiations from several Tantric Masters ... and also made a connection to the 'spirit world' while there.
When he returned to the USA, he studied with Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche from 1974 to 1975 at Tail of the Tiger Dharma Meditation Center, located on a farm in Barnett, Vermont. At that time, Chögyam was the linage holder of the Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism. From 1976 to 1978, Anderson continued his Dharma practice at the New York City Dharma Meditation Center, before becoming choosing to become a lawyer. Chögyam died in 1987. Below are some of the author's favorite quotes from this renowned meditation teacher.
The essence of warriorship,
is refusing to ever give up
on anyone or anything.
The bad news is ... you are falling
through the air with nothing
to hang on to ... and no parachute.
The good news is ... there is no ground.
The ultimate definition of bravery is to not be afraid
of who you truly are.
